HOLIJET – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by Holijet, including but not limited to travel bookings, accommodation, transportation arrangements, guided tours, and any additional services provided through our website, mobile platforms, or by direct communication. By using our services or accessing our website (www.holijet.com.tr), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

• "Company" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to Holijet.

• "Customer" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual or entity using Holijet services.

• "Services" refers to any travel-related product or arrangement offered by Holijet, including reservations, packages, and additional travel support.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

Holijet acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. We facilitate bookings and arrangements on your behalf but are not the direct service provider unless explicitly stated.

4. BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the reservation process.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable) has been received and a confirmation has been sent by Holijet.

• Special requests (such as dietary needs, room preferences, etc.) will be forwarded to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include all known taxes and charges unless otherwise stated.

• Holijet reserves the right to update prices due to exchange rate fluctuations, tax changes, or supplier-imposed price variations.

• Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other approved online payment systems.

• In case of failed or incomplete payments, Holijet reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

• Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the service provider and the specific booking terms.

• Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

• Customers must notify Holijet in writing for cancellations or changes.

• Holijet will apply the provider’s terms and any applicable administrative fees.

7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

By using our services, you agree:

• To provide true, accurate, and complete information

• To comply with all applicable local and international laws during your travel

• Not to engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities related to the use of our services

• To be responsible for your own travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination records, etc.)

8. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

• Holijet acts only as an agent and cannot be held liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transfer companies).

• We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.).

• Any claims related to unsatisfactory services must be addressed directly to the service provider unless Holijet is the direct supplier.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Holijet shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental regulations.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, logos, and materials on the Holijet website are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided to Holijet is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and KVKK Compliance Notice. By using our services, you consent to such data processing.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courthouse.

13. AMENDMENTS

Holijet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
